I was originally writing a long-ass comment on the eye of the character and how to fix it (as I thought it looked kind of unsettling when compared to the rest of the face), but then I realised it was one of this character's unique traits (although she has "normal eyes" in some of your older works"). Rip my 15 minutes x')
Even if it's on purpose, the eye's placement and proportion does feel kinda wrong to me. I have no other issues with the illustration. Great job on the hair btw !
Her face is supposed to be young with her big eyes making her more cute and innocent.
But I did see some other problems, such as her eyebrow and her head shape not fitting well and other just miner thing in shading and lines that i went to clean it up. I think another reason why this might look "unsettling" is because her head is tilting down a little and I didn't captured that well enough.
I changed some of those, hopefully can do better next time.
